- We offer website development and marketing services, with invoicing conducted post-completion.

Payment
- Clients will be invoiced upon completion of the services.
- Clients acknowledge that they received the service and they confirm that they received it upon making a payment on the invoice
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the work produced will remain with Aperic.dev (Pixel Pro S.R.O) until payment is received in full.
Cancellation
- Either party may cancel the service agreement with written notice. Terms of cancellation will be outlined in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
- Aperic.dev (Pixel Pro S.R.O) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Amendments
- Aperic.dev (Pixel Pro S.R.O) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia Law and Main Court.
